- Réal Morissette is a senior advisor for RailTerm’s operations. He joined RailTerm in the fall of 2002, after thirty years at Canadian National Railway in operations, rail traffic control, rules and operating practices, project development, management-employee relations, and technical and rules instruction. Réal has completed York University’s New Managers Course and CNR internal courses in Productive Supervision, Management Values, Group Problem Solving, Effective Teamwork, Labor Relations, Accident Investigation, Improving Work Processes, Facilitator, Managing Our Business, and Performance Management. He holds an A-Card in CROR rules.
- Bill Krestinski
- Senior Engineering Specialist
- Bill Krestinski joined RailTerm at start-up, bringing with him over thirty years of experience at Canadian Pacific Railway in design, construction, maintenance and management. At CPR, he provided engineering direction for 15,000 miles of track throughout North America and guided the amalgamation of CPR’s two eastern engineering departments. At the time of his retirement in 1996, he was a member of the Executive Team at CPR’s Eastern Business Unit, responsible for an annual payroll for 21,000 employees of $70 million and an annual budget of $195 million. Bill was also a consultant to a London-based CPR joint venture for a new freight rail service between the English Channel tunnel and London-The Midlands. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, (BSc Civil Engineering).
- Ray McNeely
- Senior Technical Advisor
- Ray McNeely is responsible for RailTerm’s quality control systems. In 1999 he joined RailTerm as General Manager and was instrumental in the start-up of services for Capital Railway and for the track and signal maintenance contract for VIA Rail. Previously, Ray worked for 30 years for Canadian National Railway as Chief Rail Traffic Controller, Coordinator of Maintenance of Way Work Programs for the Great Lakes Region, and in senior management as Regional Operations Control Manager, in Moncton, New Brunswick. Ray was also responsible for the operation and movement of VIA Rail trains for 3 years as System Manager, Operations Control, in Montreal. He was employed for 8 years at Transport Canada as Operations Officer Rail Traffic Control, in Toronto Ontario.
