On-time service and cost-effective methods
RailTerm operates specialized inter-modal terminals for Canadian Pacific Railway's Expressway service. Expressway, a scheduled rail freight carrier designed for service efficiency, works in partnership with the trucking industry to serve medium and long-haul markets.
At Expressway, each year we load and unload over 140,000 highway trailers in three dedicated terminals located in Milton (W. Toronto), Agincourt (E. Toronto), and Montreal. We use custom-designed tractors to circus load trailers onto non-conventional (1,000 ft.) railcars.
We have operated these terminals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, since 1996.
